 FAQs

  • All our orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Los Angeles within 3-7 business days.  All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail or First Class and will include delivery tracking.  

    For US domestic shipping, when shipped USPS First Class Mail, it usually takes anywhere between 1-5 business days in transit. International orders vary wildly depending on which country you live in. It can take anywhere between 7-21 days.

    During high volume seasons, such as Christmas, it may take an additional 5-7 days.

    If your order is time-sensitive, please include a message when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. There is always the option to choose a faster shipping time at checkout. This will not speed up our processing times, just the shipping speed once your order leaves our studio.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@onionpancake.com within 10 business days of receipt of the item. Please attach a photo of the damaged product. 

  • Since each order is custom-made, all sales are final. Once our skilled print team starts producing your order, we are unable to process cancellations. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding!

  • Digital items such as phone backgrounds and templates are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. If you have an issue with your digital download, please notify us at hello@onionpancake.com and we will assist you with your digital download.
